Why you should choose
our services

  • Do you require a contract for serivce?

    We do not require a contract for service. You can pay as you go by paying a monthly fee prior to the service initiating. If you wish to ensure uninterupted service and lower monthly fees, we encourage an autopay method be set up in the billing portal.

  • Does my smart home work with VetLink?

    VetLink supports all smart-home functions including Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, and more. We have no restrictions on this type of usage and have no problem supporting their protocols.

  • Can I have multiple wireless access points?

    We do support the use of Wifi Mesh devices if you feel the need to utilize this technology. We find that our Access Points are adequate for servicing our customers' homes, but offer flexibility where needed.

  • Can I share my neighbor's internet?

    Shared services is not currently allowed under our Acceptable Use Agreement. This is due to the impact to service that can be experienced by trying to utilize wireless internet between unit walls. The service impact can slow down your experience as well as cause issues with intermittent connectivity. We suggest both of you going with the VetLink Essentials plan to ease the cost while getting the same great experience.

  • What things will be provided by VetLink Internet?

    Currently we do a full installation including all required equipment to provide internet to our customers. This includes a wireless home router and access point within each tenant dwelling. We current offer wired and wireless access to the network for customer units.

  • What makes VetLink special?

    We have been in the tech industry for over 20 years and understand the complexities required to maintain a high performing network. On top of that, we've been customers of Internet Providers for even longer. We know the pains our customers have felt and we understand what the market wants in response. We're here to provide that.

  • Do you really offer fast support?

    We're currently rolling out text-message, online chat, email, and phone support for all of our customers. Our goal is to respond to you with a real person as quickly as possible. We will work immediately to provide issue resolution, and when we can't, we'll schedule a visit to you by one of our techs as soon as time permits.

  • Do you offer any special features?

    VetLink is currently rolling out publicly found Wireless Hotspots for our existing customers. This will come with a login portal when you access it and is only available in certain coverage areas. This access is at no additional charge to you.
